Constructed in West system epoxy / Western Red Cedar strip planking with double-diagonal glass cloth and professionally faired and finished, it is a fine example of the ideal family cruising catamaran. Launched in 1998 and with a new rig and performance cruising sails in 2007. it is ready for extended cruising.

It is fitted out in teak with Lewmar sail-handling gear, Morse hydraulic steering, 15 Hp Mariner outboard, also a Yanmar 12Hp Diesel with separate starting battery / solar charger. The vessel has custom-made 316 Stainless fittings throughout and all deck fittings are mounted on raised bearers to eliminate water ingress.

There is 6'4" headroom in each hull and in the doghouse. In the hulls, accommodation consists of three double berths, well-equipped galley with microwave oven, separate enclosed head/shower/laundry-tub. There is a full sized chart table with provision for a laptop computer. On the bridgedeck, there is saloon seating for 6 plus considerable storage space

The boat is wired with separate AC and DC power sockets and a ship/shore switch permits changeover from 240V power to 12VDC. Twin 40W solar panels and 100AH deep cycle battery provide power for fridge, FM radio/CD stacker. lighting, depth/log.wind instruments and VHF transceiver. A 300W inverter is also installed for 240V power conversion from the DC system.
